Seera names Abdullah Al-Dawood as Chairman, Ahmed Al-Zaim as Vice Chair

Seera Group Holding’s board decided on Oct. 27 to appoint Abdullah Al-Dawood as Chairman and Ahmed Al-Zaim as Vice-Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also formed the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, chaired by Mohammed Al Qunaibit and including Abdulaziz Al-Kassabi and Hamza Khushaim as members.
