TADCO appoints Matar Al-Zahrani as Vice Chairman as Al-Ghamdi resigns

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) said its board on Nov. 13 approved the resignation of Faisal Saleh Al-Ghamdi, Vice Chairman, submitted on Nov. 12 at his request.


At the same meeting, the board appointed Matar Al-Zahrani as Vice Chairman effective from the meeting date and through the end of the current board term, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

According to Argaam data, TADCO had earlier appointed Nasser Alrahili as Chairman and Al-Ghamdi as Vice Chairman on Aug. 13, 2025.
