Gulf Union Alahlia elects board members for new term

Gulf Union Alahlia’s shareholders elected a new board for a 4-year term ending Dec. 16, 2029


Gulf Union Alahlia Cooperative Insurance Co. said its shareholders elected board members for a new four-year term starting Dec. 17, 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

At an ordinary general meeting held on Dec. 10, shareholders elected Abdul Aziz Al Turki, Munir Al Borno, Mesheal Al Shayea, Ahmed Al Salem, Zaid Al Kathairy, Mohanned Al Fayez, and Karim Bachti.
