TADCO ends acting CEO tenure, names Khalid Al-Amoudi as CEO

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) decided to end the assignment of Abdullah Al-Salhi as Acting CEO as of May 31. He will retain his position as Managing Director (executive board member).

 

The board also approved the appointment of Khalid Al-Amoudi as CEO, effective as of June 1, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The company also explained that Al-Amoudi holds a PhD in economics from Umm Al-Qura University, a Master’s degree in finance from the University of Business and Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree in geological sciences from King Abdulaziz University.

 

Furthermore, Al-Amoudi has more than 25 years of leadership and executive experience across the industrial, logistics, insurance, financial, and institutional transformation sectors. He has held several leadership positions, most notably CEO of Ramex Logistics Services Co. and Acting CEO of Wafrah for Industry and Development Co, amongst other roles, it added.

 

According to Argaam data, TADCO said, in January, its board has appointed Al-Salhi as Acting CEO to ensure business continuity. He assumed the role on Jan. 15.
