Tamkeen shareholders authorize board to pay 2026 dividends, elects new board

Tamkeen elected board members for the upcoming four-year term


Tamkeen Human Resource Co. said its shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends quarterly or semiannually for 2026, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also elected a new board of directors for the upcoming four-year term, which commences on June 18, 2026.

 

The new board comprises Abdullah Al Shehri, Abdullah Al Ngeer, Fares Al Henaki, Hesham Al Habib, Faisal Al Nassar, Ahmad Al Rajeh, Saleh Al Fadel, Ziad Al Tunisi, and Abdulrahman Al Gubaisi.

 

A number of contracts and agreements were approved for the supply of labor and support services with entities in which some members of the board have an interest, most notably an agreement with Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group and its subsidiaries, such as Elaf Co., worth SAR 53.4 million.
