Lazurde receives Sharia evaluation report for Q2 2026

Lazurde Company for Jewelry said it received today, Aug. 19, a Sharia evaluation report regarding the operations of the company issued by Sharia Review Bureau (SRB) in its capacity as the company’s Sharia advisor.

The report indicates that the company’s business activities during the second quarter of 2026 are compliant with the AAOIFI Sharia standards and guidelines, Lazurde said in a statement to Tadawul.

The company also noted that SRB was appointed as its Sharia advisor with the goal of studying and examining the business activities of the company in line with the Sharia guidelines and standards issued by the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), in addition to other Sharia guidelines and standards mentioned in the report.

SRB will also provide the necessary consultation to help Lazurde continue to achieve compliance with the abovementioned guidelines and standards throughout the period of commissioning as the Sharia advisor to the company.
