National Agricultural Development Co.’s (Nadec) board of directors has appointed Mohammed Abduallah Abunayyan as vice chairman for the current term (2015-2018), the company said in statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

Abunayyan has been a member of the board since 2003 and serves as head of the board’s executive committee.

 

He has 32 years of experience in the power and water sectors, and chairs several boards of companies such as Abunayyan Holding and ACWA Power Co.
