United Electronics Company (eXtra) shareholders will vote on May 14 the board’s recommendation to raise the company’s capital by a 16.66 percent to SAR 420 million from SAR 360 million by issuing one bonus share for every six shares held.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the board of directors’ report, an audit report and consolidated financial statements for 2016, the company said in a statement to Saudi bourse, Tadawul.
