Makkah Construction and Development Co.’s (MCDC) board of directors on Aug. 3 has reappointed Abdulrahman Abdulkader Mohamad Fakieh as chairman for a new three-year term, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.

 

The board also appointed Suhail Hassan Abdul Malik Qadi as vice-chairman and Hamzah Mohamad Saleh Hamzah Sairafi as the managing director, the statement said.

 

In the meeting, the board committees and secretary, in addition to the company representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) were also appointed for the new term.

 

The Makkah-based real estate investment, development and management company is a major shareholder in Jabal Omar project.
