Saudi Marketing Co. (Farm Superstores) has inked a SAR 151.3 million credit facility agreement with Gulf International Bank (GIB), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The financing facility will extend for one year from August 28, 2017 to August 27, 2018.

 

The loan, which was guaranteed by a promissory note, will go toward working capital requirements. It will also be used to open new branches.
