Al Jouf Cement Co.’s board of directors on Tuesday reappointed Jama Al-Amer as general manager for the company, effective immediately, the cement producer said in a bourse statement.

 

The board nominated Abdulelah Ka’ki, Saad Bin Hudaib ,and Ibrahim Bin Mazen as members of the audit committee, pending approval of the general assembly, Al Jouf Cement said in a separate filing.

 

All other board committees were also formed during the meeting on Tuesday, the statement added.
