Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes’ (SVCP) board of directors on Thursday reappointed Faisal Bin AbdulAziz Al Saud as board chairman and Saad Al Sayari as deputy chairman and managing director, the company said in a statement.

 

The board has also appointed board committees and representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

 

The audit committee, however, will be elected later by the company’s general assembly.
