Allianz SF board approves BSF representative as member

Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co.’s (Allianz SF) board has approved the appointment of Adel Mallawi as non-independent board member and representative of Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF), the insurer said in a statement on Tadawul.
The decision is effective from Dec. 6, 2017, until the end of the current three-year term on Aug. 7, 2019.
The board’s approval is not final until the company’s general assembly approves the appointment, the statement added.
