Knowledge Economic City Co.’s (KEC) board of directors on Thursday named Amin Shaker as the company’s managing director, effective from Dec. 14, 2017 until the end of the current three-year term on July 27, 2018.

 

Shaker joined the board of directors as a non-executive member on June 22 this year, KEC said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

He has several years of experience in the administrative and investment fields, and has served as a board member at a number of joint stock companies.
