Knowledge Economic City’s shareholders have elected board members for the three-year term starting on July 28, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

 

Shareholders also approved the board’s annual report, audited financial statements and audit report for fiscal year 2017, during the general assembly meeting.

 

They elected the board’s audit committee and approved all related party contracts.

 

In addition, an external auditor was appointed for the period from Q2 2018 to Q1 2019.
