Kingdom Holding Co.’s board of directors has reappointed Prince Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud as board chairman, the company said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.

 

The board has also renamed Abdullah Al Suhem as deputy chairman and recommended members of the investment, audit and nominations & remunerations committees. 

 

The decisions are pending approvals by the company’s general assembly, the statement added.
