Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIECO) will extend the memorandum of understanding (MoU) inked with Tri-Spectrum Ltd for three additional months, as of July 15, it said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The financial impact was not disclosed.

 

Last January, SIECO signed the MoU with Tri-Spectrum Ltd. to export the latter’s products and represent the firm outside the Kingdom. The value of the deal was not disclosed.
