Saudi Industrial Export Co.​​ ​(SIECO) terminated a selling and distribution contract with Wafrah for Industry & Development Co. upon mutual agreement without any obligation on both parties, the companies said in separate bourse statements on Tuesday.

 

The deal had no financial impact on both companies, the statements added.

 

On Sept. 25, 2017, SIECO signed a one-year contract with Wafrah to export, sell, and distribute Wafrah’s products in Iraq, Jordan, and North Africa, Argaam reported.
