Saudi Fisheries Co. signed on Wednesday a SAR 130 million medium-term Tawarruq loan agreement with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF), the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The five-year credit facility will be used in financing the company’s operations.

 

The facility was secured by a promissory note and a letter of guarantee for the full loan amount.

 

No related parties are involved in the agreement, the statement added.
