Al Kathiri Holding on Sept. 4 sold 27 fractional shares at SAR 26.60 per share for a total of SAR 718,200, and deposited the funds in the shareholders’ accounts today, Sept. 30, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.

 

In August, the company’s extraordinary general assembly meeting approved a 20 percent capital hike to SAR 37.67 million from SAR 31.39 million through issuance of one bonus share for every five shares held, Argaam reported.
