Jadwa REIT plans 1.80% dividend for Q3 2018

Jadwa REIT will pay a 1.80 percent cash dividend for Q3 2018 (SAR 0.18 per unit), amounting to SAR 28.4 million, fund manager Jadwa Investment said in a bourse statement on Monday.
The dividend represents 1.63 percent of net asset value, as of Sept. 30, 2018.
The cash distribution will be based on 158 million existing units.
The unit holders registered in the Securities Depository Center by the end of Oct. 31, will receive this dividend, to be paid within 15 business days from the eligibility date, the fund manager added.
