Derayah REIT’s newly-acquired building in Jeddah is subleased to a tenant, who is not a related party in the deal, until Oct. 31, 2029, the fund manager Derayah Financial said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.

 

Derayah REIT acquired a commercial building in Jeddah for SAR 45 million, Argaam reported.
