Qassim Cement Co. on Dec. 26 will elect a new board of directors as well as an audit committee for the next three-year term starting on Jan. 1, 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The Saudi cement producer’s shareholders will also vote on carrying over SAR 20,000 from general reserves to retained earnings.
