Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co.’s board of directors has recommended withholding cash dividend for the second half of the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2018.

 

The decision aims to support the company’s capital expansions and renewable energy project as well as steel towers for power generation project.

 

The decision is pending approval of the company’s general assembly.
