Amana Cooperative Insurance Co.'s daily trading fluctuation limit after its capital increase will be based on a share price of SAR 17.26 as of today, the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement.

 

The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the additional shares into the investor’s portfolios by Jan. 31, the statement added.

 

The Saudi insurer's extraordinary general meeting (EGM) approved yesterday raising capital to SAR 240 million through a SAR 100 million rights issue.
