Qassim Cement Co.’s board of directors appointed today non-executive board member Adel Mohammed AlKhrashi as member of the nominations and remunerations committee, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

AlKhrashi is the General Organization for Social Insurance’s representative to the board, the statement said.
