Al-Babtain Power Telecommunication Co. shareholders will vote on board remuneration of SAR 4.5 million for fiscal year 2018 in the ordinary general assembly meeting on April 24.

 

Shareholders will also vote on audited financial statements and audit report for previous year, the company said in a bourse statement. 

 

They will also discuss discharging the board from liabilities for the same period.
