Jabal Omar Development Co.’s board of directors has accepted the resignation of former chief executive officer, Yasser Al-Sharif on May 24, the company said in a bourse filing on Sunday.

 

Al-Sharif, who tendered his resignation for personal reasons, will remain in office until a new CEO is appointed, the statement added.
