Middle East Healthcare Co. (Saudi German Hospital) will open the electronic voting on the items of the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Monday, June 17, 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The e-voting will continue for four days until June 20, 2019, the statement added.  

 

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty portal can vote online from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, via http://www.tadawulaty.com.sa
