Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment’s shareholders have elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on June 22, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The names include Saleh Mohammed Hamad Al Hammadi, Abdulaziz Mohammed Hamad Al Hammadi, Mohammed Saleh Mohammed Al Hammadi, Abdulaziz Saleh Al-Hammadi, Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Abdullah Firyaan, Sami Abdullah Dakhailullah Al-Saeed, Aziz M. Mubarak Al-Fahd Al-Gahtani, Fahad S. Al Nohait and Saad A. Al-Humaidi.

 

Meanwhile, shareholders have elected members of the audit committee for the same term.
