Aseer Trading, Tourism & Manufacturing Co. (Aseer) has invited its shareholders to run for the board of directors’ membership for the new three-year term starting on Oct. 27, 2019, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul today.

 

Eligible nominees can apply at the company headquarters or via email from July 1 until July 31, according to the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) rules and regulations, it added.
