Jazan Energy and Development Co. (JAZADCO) will open tomorrow, Nov. 30, nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting April 13, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until Dec. 31, the statement added.
