Saudi Cable to start e-voting on OGM agenda on Feb. 14

Saudi Cable Co. will start on Feb. 14, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda of its ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated for Feb. 17, 2021.
Shareholders will vote on the appointment of audit committee members, as well as setting their responsibilities and remunerations for the three-year term starting from Feb. 17, 2021, until Jan. 13, 2024, the statement added.
