Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) will pay FY16 dividend through The National Commercial Bank (NCB) by depositing dividends in shareholder portfolios on April 10, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse Thursday.

 

Shareholders of record on March 27, the general assembly meeting date, are entitled to receive the dividend.

 

The company’s general assembly had earlier approved a 5 percent cash dividend (SAR 0.50 per share) for fiscal year 2016, totaling SAR 62.5 million, Argaam reported.
